Why is there a setup fee?
£149 covers the real work of building your 5-page site properly in 48 hours — it's not a placeholder template. After that, the monthly fee covers hosting, upkeep and (on the £99 plan) actively managing your Google listing and leads — so we only keep winning if you do.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Get Found (£49/month) gets you a professional site, kept current, with your Google Business Profile set up and managed. Get Found + Get Called (£99/month) adds active Google + local SEO work, a tracked number with missed-call text-back, every enquiry answered and texted to you, automatic review requests, and a monthly report — we get you found, and we catch every lead that finds you through us, and prove it every month.
Who owns the website?
Your content — words, photos, reviews, domain — is always yours. The site itself is built and hosted on our platform; you don't own the code. If you cancel after the minimum term, the site goes offline, and your domain and content are yours to keep.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing prices, photos, opening hours, adding a service, updating your areas — anything that takes minutes, unlimited, included on both plans. A full redesign or extra pages is a bigger conversation (and often still free — just ask).
How fast will my site be live?
Within 48 hours of you completing the sign-up form. If you're slow sending photos, we'll launch with smart placeholders and swap them in later — no delays.
Do I have to write anything?
No. Bullet points are plenty — we turn them into proper copy. If you've got an old site or Facebook page, we'll start from what's already there.
What makes this different from a £20/month website builder?
