WebFitters (a trading name of Nish Pattani) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@webfitters.co.uk.

What we collect

When you enquire or sign up: your name, business name, email, phone number and the details you give us about your business. When you pay: payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Visitors to websites we host for clients may submit enquiry forms; that data is passed to the relevant client and held on their behalf.

How we use it

To provide the service (building and running your website), to take payment, to respond to enquiries, and to send service emails about your account. Legal bases: performance of a contract and legitimate interests. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing emails without consent.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors that run the service: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data under their own agreements and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account data for the life of your subscription and up to 6 years afterwards (tax and legal records). Enquiry data that doesn’t become an account is deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@webfitters.co.uk and we’ll deal with it promptly.
