Terms of Service

These terms cover the WebFitters website subscription service. “WebFitters”, “we” and “us” means WebFitters, a trading name of Nish Pattani (sole trader, England). “You” means the business subscribing to the service.

1. The service

For a one-off £149 setup fee we design and build a professional 5-page website for your business (Home, Services, About, Gallery/Jobs, Contact), including hosting, SSL and domain management. You then choose one of two monthly plans:

Get Found (£49/month) — your website kept current with unlimited small edits requested by email or text, actioned same-day (fair use), plus your Google Business Profile set up and managed.

Get Found + Get Called (£99/month)— everything in Get Found, plus active Google and local SEO management (weekly Google Business Profile posts and a new locally-focused content page each month), a tracked business number with missed-call text-back, forwarding of every web and tracked-call enquiry to you with an automated acknowledgement to the enquirer, automatic review requests, and a monthly report of your website’s visits, calls, enquiries and ranking progress.

Small edits are changes that take minutes — updating prices, photos, opening hours, services or service areas. Larger changes (full redesigns, additional functionality) are by agreement. These are marketing services: we do not guarantee any particular search ranking, volume of enquiries or amount of new business.

2. Term and cancellation

The monthly plan has a 6-month minimum termfrom your first monthly payment, then continues on a rolling monthly basis. After the minimum term you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by email to hello@webfitters.co.uk. The £149 setup fee is non-refundable once the site is built. There are no exit fees.

3. Ownership

Your content — your business name, text you supply, photos, reviews and your domain name — remains yours. The website itself, including its design, code and the platform it runs on, remains ours; you do not own the code. If you cancel, the website is taken offline at the end of your notice period; your domain and a copy of your content are yours to keep, provided free of charge on request.

4. Payment

The £149 setup fee is payable upfront, before work begins. The monthly plan fee is payable monthly in advance by card via Stripe. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you; if payment remains outstanding for 14 days we may suspend the website until the account is brought up to date. Prices may change with 60 days’ notice, never during your minimum term.

5. What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, any photos or content you want included, and confirmation that you have the right to use any material you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your business (qualifications, certifications, insurance). Where you use review requests, you confirm the customer details you give us were obtained fairly and that you are entitled to have us contact those customers on your behalf; we act as your processor for that data and use it for no other purpose.

6. Liability

We aim for your website to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after notice means you accept the changes.
